Starting in January, any broadcaster or studio that hasn’t provided the required information will be unable to receive payments. Submitting this information is crucial to avoid disruptions in your payments.
5. When and how should I provide this information?
We will begin collecting this information in November. When you log in, you’ll receive a prompt with instructions on how to submit your details securely.
6. How will my information be used?
Your information will be used solely for compliance with DAC7 requirements. It will be reported to the relevant EU tax authorities as mandated by law and handled in compliance with data privacy regulations.
